Feniks Trips is a private tour service based in Baku, Azerbaijan. You can contact us about this policy using the details on our contact page.

What we collect

When you send a booking request we receive the details you enter: your name, WhatsApp or phone number, e-mail address (optional), the tour, date and number of guests, your hotel or pickup address, preferred language and any message you write. When you use the contact form we receive your name, contact details and message.

For security and to block spam we also store the IP address and browser type that sent the form.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer you, arrange and run your tour, and keep a record of bookings. We contact you by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail about your request. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Cookies

The site uses one essential cookie to keep forms secure. Analytics cookies are loaded only if you allow them in the cookie notice.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to provide the service and meet accounting obligations, then delete them.
